Coaching achieves the change you want through collaboration. Combining current nutrition, health and coaching sciences; I practice a client-lead, evidence-based consultation & follow up process that will equip you with the knowledge, tools & atomic habits you need.
I support you to identify your priorities & set focused goals. I listen actively, offer perspective, introduce tools, include a personal plan & support in a practical way. You may choose to include me for ongoing accountability including scheduled check-ins to adjust progress.
Nutrition guidance is based on optimal & sustainable whole food first, small lifestyle habit adjustment, & supplementation where appropriate. Your medical & other holistic (biopsychosocial) factors are always considered. Just as every body is different & there are also many ways forward.
For competitive clients or those who prefer a calculated & tracked approach to goal achievement, we can structure a targeted lifestyle or sports nutrition prescription programmed with exercise. This may be for a body composition outcome, an event or through a cycle of nutrition planning.
Experienced in busy lifestyle, sustainable body composition, training performance, sports nutrition & longevity investment nutrition; I also draw on experience with menopause, gut-brain connection, anti-inflammatory, food allergy, teenage health & Meniere’s nutrition.
