A little bit about me
I am trying to meet mid-life head on. More than before, I prioritise good health, energy for what brings me joy & an overall feeling of contentment.
Younger years; life was demanding, I worked & trained hard, self-help info was scarce, & I was trying to keep up. I developed Meniere’s disease.
Assembling a holistic health team was the best thing I did & I leaned into my exercise physiology, resistance training, & yin yoga.
Holistic performance nutrition became my new obsession. I became my own first client & I am proud of my results.
A head shift was key; whole food variety as medicine + quality key supplements. Tracking with confidence. Finding a new, healthier balance.
I learned permanent shifts are achieved through small habit change & that consistency beats perfection.
I came to nutrition coaching from a background in health, physical education & career coaching, including collaborative work with teens too unwell for full-time school.
I also love wheel-thrown pottery (very humbling), a range of physical activity, a great podcast & quality time with my favourite people.
