Yin Yoga offers a series of long-held floor based poses, calming breath techniques and space to connect inwards.

Yin improves the flow that works into ligaments, joints, bones, deep fascia, organs and the meridians. Breath practice relaxes the muscles, the nervous system and settles the mind.

Offering yogi choice - this class complements training, mobility rehabilitation, detoxing urban life & restoring mental clarity

A slow, calm, quiet class suitable for everyone, a range of yoga props may be offered on loan to support your practice.

I love yoga for the calm flow it brings to the mind, body & spirit and value the social connections made through sharing practice.

My 300 hour yoga teacher training includes traditional, yin, nidra & restorative. I am certified with the NZ Register of Exercise Professionals as a yoga professional and health coach.

I have been teaching for over 25 years; starting with a Bachelor of Physical Education, teaching yoga in London during my 20s and again in Auckland during my 40+s.

My yoga approach is quiet, concise, warm and responsive. Classes include choice to meet yogi’s where they are at.

Guiding yin yogis through the meditative movement landscapes I have crafted for them is so satisfying for me.
